An NDA-protected project designing a shop-floor tool that delivers high levels of automation, granular equipment-health insights, and predictive-maintenance capabilities. The aim was to streamline operational workflows, improve visibility across the production environment, and support consistently strong OPR performance.
JLR's Pivotal
Pivotal is JLR's vehicle subscription service, allowing customers to aces ta range of vehicles through flexible monthly subscriptions. Before a customer can begin their subscription, they must complete a series of eligibility checks to verify their identity ,driving history, affordability and insurance status.
As the UX designer on the project, I worked closely with the team, customers and stakeholders to redesign the onboarding and 'KYC' (know your customer) process.

An internal developer platform designed to enhance developer's experience by simplify tasks such as requesting access requests, deploying apps, visualising all our tools in one place.
MindLink:
MindLink is a mobile app that connects users to personalised mental-health resources, helping them cut through overwhelming, generic information to find support that truly fits their needs. The experience is designed to guide users toward clearer pathways, practical tools, and more relevant coping mechanisms.
